Can I collect my order?
We allow orders to be collected from the warehouse if you choose this option during checkout. Orders will not be ready to collect right away. Your order still needs to be processed and picked before it is ready for collection with a relevant reference number. Your order will not be released to you without your reference number. We will email you a reference number for collection once it is ready to collect. Your reference number will start with an IF*****. Your purchase order number will not release your order from the warehouse so make sure you have the correct information with you. You will also be sent the full address of the warehouse along with the reference number once your order is ready for collection (please see suburb location of warehouses below). Please also be aware that our warehouse will not load a 1000kg IBC of oil onto your vehicle if they believe it is not able to carry the weight so please make sure you have the correct transport with you depending on the weight of your order. All drums and anything over 60kg is strapped to a pallet to be lifted by a forklift so please also keep this in mind in your vehicle of choice i.e. make sure there is enough room on you vehicle to fit a pallet (1.2m x 1.2m x 1.2m).

How do I select free shipping during checkout?
You must enter your postcode in the checkout for the free delivery option to appear at the bottom of the page. Your postcode must fall under the metro range. If free shipping isn't appearing and you believe it should do so ensure that you are purchasing out of the same state you are delivering to. For example, If you are purchasing out of the WA store and trying to deliver to VIC then the free option won't appear even if it falls under metro. You can change the state from the drop-down menu in the top left corner of the website.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver everywhere except for the state of Tasmania (Sorry Tassie!). We also cannot deliver to PO Box's.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to major city metropolitan areas as well as some areas just outside of this. If you don’t fall into these areas then shipping is currently a flat rate of $75. We reserve the right to change shipping costs at any time.
Does someone need to sign for my order?
Yes! If no one is available to sign for your order and off-load from the truck (If your order is over 60kg you will require a forklift on site, see below for further details) then this will result in a failed delivery. Failed deliveries will be returned to the depot and we will contact you with two options to receive your order:
- Collect your order yourself from our depot. We will provide you with a reference and pick up address.
- Have your order re-delivered at an additional cost. Costs will vary on a quote by quote basis and depend on the distance of the delivery address from our depot and the weight of your order.
When will I receive my order?
If you make your purchase before 11am to a metropolitan address then you will receive your order the next day. Any orders placed after 11am you can expect the arrival of your order the following day. For regional areas please expect your order to take up to three-five business days. This excludes weekends and any public holidays. Please keep in mind that we cannot absolutely guarantee that you will receive your order within these timeframes due to circumstances beyond our control.
Orders over 60kg
If you place an order over 60kg then you will need a forklift on site to offload your order. If you don’t have a forklift on site and you have made an order over 60kg then you will need to include a tailgate delivery with your order. Tailgate deliveries acquire a fee of $50.00. This option will automatically be presented for any orders above the weight limit.
If you do not select a tailgate delivery and do not have a forklift available to offload your product, your order will be returned to our depot and we will contact you to let you know of your failed delivery. You will then have two options: collect your order from the depot, or pay an additional delivery fee for your order to be re-delivered.
